Perspectives boasts a Rooftop Lifestyle Centre which includes a Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, and Braai / Barbeque Facilities.
Residents may reserve the use of the Braai / Barbeque areas by filling in an application form at the Security Desk in the main lobby. Please note that a cleaning deposit is also required.
The Lifestyle Centre is open daily from 06:00 to 22:00. The Swimming Pool area and Rooftop Deck may be closed by security when strong winds and/or inclement weather is experienced.
Please be advised that an access tag is required for entry to the rooftop, use of these facilities are at the user’s risk, the area is monitored and also subject to applicable rules. Please refer to Conduct Rule 16 of the Body Corporate Conduct Rules for more information.

Making Life in the Building Just a Little Bit Easier...
The building is equipped with two separate internet infrastructures: Cybersmart, which operates its own dedicated fibre line, and Octotel, which provides shared fibre infrastructure used by various Internet Service Providers.
A privately operated laundromat is located on the 3rd floor, equipped with two top-load washing machines and two front-load tumble dryers. Payments are made via SnapScan. Please note that use of the laundromat is at the user’s own risk.
